Building is in Evan’s blood. As a second-generation builder, he grew up admiring his father’s craftsmanship, starting with simple tasks like holding a tape measure and sweeping job sites. His early hands-on experience led him to pursue a degree in construction management, followed by a career managing large-scale projects, from framing homes to overseeing multimillion-dollar developments.
With over a decade of industry expertise, Evan founded Evans Construction to bring honest, high-quality craftsmanship to his local community. His mission? To build with integrity, deliver exceptional results, and create lasting value for both residential and commercial clients in Colorado Springs.

We met with several potential deck builders before meeting Bradley. His estimate was very competitive, he was knowledgeable, skilled, and he was passionate about creating exactly what we wanted in our custom deck. He listened to us, and we trusted him completely. His knowledge at every phase gave us peace of mind that he would be involved throughout the project. He was very thorough and took the time to evaluate each step, always choosing the path that would produce the highest quality deck. Bradley and Cam also took the time to design a great solution to a complex and challenging area of the project. They were very communicative and pleasant to work with. We absolutely LOVE our new deck, and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future.
Great deck rebuild
Bradley Evans rebuilt our deck at our home in the Black Forest. His initial quote was lower than others but I was happily surprised that it didn’t reflect in the quality of work! Throughout the entire process he was prompt and at the end of each workday he made sure everything was picked up and organized for the next day. In the end my wife and I were very pleased with the final product! We highly recommend both Bradley and Kal. Not only do they do nice work they are both really nice guys!
