As a second-generation builder, I grew up with a deep admiration for my father’s carpentry skills. From an early age, I was involved in the trade, starting with simple tasks such as holding the end of a tape measure and swinging a hammer. My father introduced me to the world of construction, where I began my journey by sweeping job sites. As a teenager, I had the opportunity to join a framing crew on weekends and, during the summers, worked as a finish carpenter alongside a local craftsman.

This hands-on experience inspired me to pursue a degree in construction management. Following my education, I advanced through various roles in the industry, serving as a framing superintendent for multiple national builders, an outdoor hard-scapes project manager, a traveling project manager for an Amazon subcontractor, and an estimator for a leading multifamily general contractor. Most notably, I helped manage the construction of over 700 apartment units and later returned to pre-construction services for a local general contractor.

Over the past decade, I have developed a profound commitment to providing my local community with honest, value-driven construction services. This commitment culminated in the establishment of Evans Construction, a licensed and insured general contracting company specializing in both residential and commercial projects in Colorado Springs. Our mission is to deliver dedicated service and exceptional quality, reinforcing our belief in the power of community and craftsmanship.
